TAB Sports is a soon-to-open, premier indoor athlete training facility located in Iowa, purpose-built to develop athletes at every stage of their competitive journey.

The facility will feature 7,500 square feet of high-performance turf, designed to support multi-sport training with a strong emphasis on baseball and softball development. Athletes will have access to eight fully equipped batting and pitching cages, offering both live work and advanced machine-based training. Integrated pitching machines and Rapsodo monitoring technology will provide athletes and coaches with real-time data, enabling precise skill development, performance tracking, and measurable improvement.

A second phase of the buildout will introduce a dedicated strength and performance training area, outfitted with top-of-the-line weight and conditioning equipment. This expansion will allow TAB Sports to deliver a fully integrated athlete development model—combining sport-specific skill training with elite strength, speed, and conditioning programs under one roof.
